- Unopened & Unused Items: Devotional items such as idols, books, or puja items may be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Personalized or customized items (such as engraved gifts)
- Opened or used devotional products (such as incense, oils, etc.)
- Products that are perishable in nature (such as food or offerings)
